Our coaches share tools and techniques designed to help employees develop the communication and conflict management skills they need to restore healthy workplace relationships, learn to regulate their behaviour and establish appropriate boundaries. Interactive discussions help participants understand and recognize negative workplace conduct and the impact their behaviour has on others.
HR Proactive’s sensitivity training programs are conducted in real-time through our online interactive training platform accessible via Zoom or Teams. Our Coach/Trainers guide employees through the training materials, videos, case scenarios, quizzes, and more, encouraging questions and meaningful discussion.
