Initial Consultation with a Professional Coach

Before each personal training session, we work closely with participants to assess the specific circumstances that have led to the need for sensitivity training and customize the agenda to address their unique requirements.

Targeted Training

Sessions can be customized using content from any of our sample agendas. Training can be delivered virtually or in-person.

Close-Out Letter

After training is completed, coaches will provide employers with a written assessment of the participant's participation, along with a Certificate of Completion for the employee's personnel file.
