Founded in 1997, HR Proactive Inc. is a Canadian-owned and operated, second-generation company dedicated to creating respectful, inclusive, and resilient workplaces.

For nearly 30 years, we have worked with organizations to address workplace conduct concerns through investigations, training, and education. This experience has shaped our specialized One-to-One Sensitivity Training, designed for employees, managers and executives who require individualized support following a workplace concern or as part of their professional development.

Each session is customized to the individual and the circumstances that led to the training. Our approach goes beyond reviewing policies and expectations. Through guided discussion, realistic workplace scenarios and targeted learning, participants explore the impact of their behaviour, strengthen interpersonal skills and identify better ways to respond in future workplace situations.

To support the learning experience, HR Proactive has developed a curated library of digital media and interactive learning assets covering a wide range of workplace topics. During live virtual sessions, the trainer selects relevant content and shares it with the participant through Microsoft Teams, creating an engaging experience that combines one-to-one discussion with professionally developed learning materials.
